Service Booking Policy To maintain scheduling integrity and respect everyone’s time, please review the following terms before confirming your appointment: Service Fees • After your initial consultation, all service bookings require a $199 non-refundable fee. • This fee secures your appointment and covers onboarding, intake and resource allocation. Rescheduling & Cancellation • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled time. • Late changes or no-shows without notice will result in A $50 non-communication fee • A duplicate $199 service fee if a new booking is made without canceling the original Refund Policy • All service fees are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or cancellation timing.
